






Several indigenous communities, such as the Quichuas, live in Napo. The inhabitants traditionally have held on to and manifested their cultural identity by using native materials harvested in the rain forest to handcraft beautiful artisan products such as shigras (bags), ceramics, bows, and arrows. Located in northeastern Ecuador, Napo has a wet tropical climate.

BAŅOS - PUYO -"HOLA VIDA" RESERVE (3 / 4 days)
This tour is ideal for those who are searching adventure and to have contact with nature combined in a fantastic environment with sports filled of adrenaline inside the tropical amazonic forest.
ITINERARY
Day 1
We will start going from Baņos to Puyo by bikes to "Rio Verde" where we will visit the largest pole bridge (tarabita), waterfalls and natural sighting places ending at the "Pailon del Diablo", the adventure continues with rafting at the Pastaza River for 2 hours, then we will go to Puyo to lunch and then to the ethnobotanic park OMAERE (wich means "jungle" in waorani), place where we will learn more about amazonic plants and cultures, then we will go to the hotel to have dinner and rest.
Day 2
After breakfast we will go by land to the "HOLA VIDA" natural reserve to accommodate in tipical amazonic huts, we will continue visiting a Kichwa family where we will observe and learn about handcrafts making and healing plants, we will also learn traditional techniques of cerbatana hunting, we will return to lunch, then we will walk through jungle paths to know more about the variety of the amazonic plants, we will visit the HOLA VIDA waterfall to enjoy a refreshing bath, you can take pictures, then we willl return for dinner and resting.
Day 3
After breakfast we will walk through the primary forest, watching the amazonic flora and fauna, where you can take pictures, then we will visit the ESCONDIDA (hidden) waterfall to enjoy a refreshing bath, then we will return to the huts for lunch, during the evening we will go to taste an exotic drink called GUARAPO, then we will return for dinner and we will share experiences during this tour around a bonfire. Resting.
Day 4
After breakfast we will navigate through the Puyo river in canoe to visit the INDI CHURIS sighting place, on this place we will enjoy beautiful ecuadorian amazonic landscapes where you can take pictures. We will return to have a delicious lunch so then we will return to Puyo by land, there we will do some handcrafts shopping. End of our services.

The magic and charming of this trip combines safely extreme sporting and adventure inside a natural environment in the amazonic Ecuador and specially the exploration of the "Los Tayos" famous caverns.
ITINERARY:
Day 1
We will start going from Baños to Puyo by bikes to “Rio Verde” where we will visit the largest pole bridge (tarabita) of Ecuador, waterfalls and natural sighting places with the beauty of the Andes Mountains, ending at the “Pailon del Diablo”, the adventure continues with rafting at the Pastaza River for 2 hours (II- III intensity level), then we will go to Puyo to lunch and then to the ethnobotanic park OMAERE (wich means jungle), place where we will learn more about amazonic plants and cultures, then we will go to the hotel to have dinner and rest.
Day 2
After breakfast we will go by land (65 Km) to visit a Shuar Kaniras indigenous family, where we will accommodate in tipical amazonic shuar huts, we will lunch to continue with a walk through the primary forest, where we will learn about every amazonic plants used by the Shau, then we will visit the famous DE LOS TAYOS CAVE where you will enjoy the estalactitas y estalagmitas, we will return to have dinner, then we will share our experiences with the family members around a bonfire, resting.
Day 3
After breakfast we will walk through the primay forest watching amazonic flora and fauna on its wild state, then we will visit the ALTO TAYOS cavern, we will return to lunch so then we will continue with a walk to the TAYOS sighting place, where with beautiful amazonic landscapes you can take pictures, we will return to have a cultural meeting and to share traditional games with the members of the family, we will have dinner and we will watch a cultural show, resting.
Day 4
After breakfast we will visit the artisan house, if it is possible you can help buying its Shuar handcrafts to benefit the family, we will return to Puyo where we will lunch and go shopping at “La Casa de la Balsa”.
