PARQUE NACIONAL COTOPAXI
Descripción del tour:
Se sale del hotel y de viaje desde Quito 60 km por la Panamericana Sur a la autopista, y luego, cuando el bosque de pino se inicia, se llega en el control de Caspi, donde los turistas tienen que pagar el Parque Nacional Cotopaxi del impuesto de USD $ 10. Durante la visita, en primer lugar visitar el museo, y luego ir a la base del volcán y llegar a la laguna de Limpiopungo donde se podrá observar patos, caballos salvajes y las montañas. Posteriormente, se asciende el parque, salir del vehículo y caminar unos 45 minutos hasta el Refugio José Rivas a 4800 Mts. Aquí, tiene una taza de té o café y después de 15 minutos más llegar al glaciar, donde el turista puede admirar la magnificencia del volcán y tomar fotografías. Después de regresar del glaciar se inicia el regreso a Quito.Duración: 8 horas

Cotopaxi y el Mercado Indigena
El recorrido se inicia temprano en la mañana (6h30) para visitar uno de los mercados indígenas de la zona, ya sea Pujilí, Saquisilí, Zumbahua y Latacunga (dependiendo del día en que viajará). Usted podrá comprar diferentes artículos de cerámica, artesanía, pintura naif y, por supuesto, admirar los coloridos trajes de los indios, que son una parte muy importante de la Feria. Que el trueque entre ellos y vender sus productos a los visitantes diferentes. Después de esta visita, que continuará hasta el Parque Nacional de Cotopaxi, el volcán activo más alto del mundo. A explorar la páramos andinos y admirar las aves de la zona o subir hasta la línea de nieve y caminar por el glaciar antes de regresar a Quito.Duración: 10 horas

DAY 02: The tour starts early in the morning (6h30) to visit one of the Indian markets of the zone, either Pujilí, Saquisilí, Zumbahua or Latacunga (depending on the day you will travel). You will be able to buy different ceramic articles, handicrafts, naif paintings and, of course, admire the colorful attires of the Indians that are a very important part of the Fair. They barter among themselves and sell Their products to the different visitors. After this visit, you will continue to the National Park of Cotopaxi, the most highest active volcano in the world. You will explore the bleak Andean plateaus and admire the birds of the zone or climb till the snowline and walk around the glacier before returning to Quito.
DAY 01: It Is the same program of the 8 hours tour in the National Park of Cotopaxi as told before but we will offer more time to enjoy the park because at night you will sleep at the Refuge at 4800 Mts.Duration: 2 Days
