RESERVATIONS:
To make a reservation at any of our programs, you must inform:- Selected Program
- Date of start and end of tour
- Number of people traveling, specifying number of adults, children or infants
- Full names of passengers
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Passport or ID
- Copy of identity document
To stay is required to make a minimum payment of 40% of the total value of the trip. The final balance is payable 10 days before departure of tour booked. If the booking is made within 10 days before departure must be made by the total value of the tour.
PENALTIES FOR SUSPENSION OF TRAVEL
RESPONSIBILITY:
The Operator Spring Travel acts as intermediary and agency providers with direct services such as: Airlines, transportation by land, sea or river, hotels and restaurants, and declining any responsibility for accidents, delays, baggage loss or damage, changes in schedules, etc..
The passenger travel, subject to the General Conditions of each of the providers and its regulations.
Passenger's decision will accept the modifications or provide for suspension travel, in this case will proceed to full refund of amounts paid to date in respect of travel services, without compensation of any kind.
CONDUCT OF TRAVELER:
The operator reserves the right to remove the program hired to any person, how by their conduct, how to act drunk, and so on. It may represent a nuisance to other passengers or it may jeopardize the security at any time of travel.
The person who was separated for such reasons shall not be entitled to claim any.
